Neuteral light won"t turn off oo my 1981 750 virago

Light blue wire going into side of engine is grounded or neutral switch is bad. If you disconnect the wire from the switch and the light stays off, the switch is bad. If it stays on, the wire is pinched somewhere.

Battery stuck in 3 AA battery Minimaglite

The battery has to make contact with the bulb as well as the end cap, so if you take the end cap off and the batteries don't come out that end I recommend pulling the bulb assembly apart and taking them out that end. And the next time you put batteries in coat the outside of them (not the terminals) with electrical grease (like you put on car batteries) to prevent them from sticking in there again. Note: if both ends are removed you can use something like a screw driver to push the batteries straight through and out the other end.

SET WON T STAY ON STARTING TURNING OFF ON IT S OWN NOW WON T PL

Check the power supply. This kind of sets usually has switching PS. Check the capacitors, common fail of special low ESR caps. It is easy to see if there is some electrolitic content outside the cap. In case caps are damaged replace them with higher voltage, never use normal caps in this PS.
Hope to help you.

How do you change the bulb in a minimaglite

1. Unscrew the "bell" (top) of the flashlite. 2. Remove the bulb by pulling upward. 3. Replace with new bulb (be sure you have the correct bulb . . . it will have two small wires protruding from the bottom). 4. CAREFULLY insert new bulb through hole in the bottom of the reflector. 5. Screw the top of the flashlight back on.

MINIMAGLITE 2AA LED WILL NOT STAY ON

Try twisting the head of the flashlight (left/right). Also could be a bad bulb or corroded batteries not making a good connection
