If the printed Pattern is broken, missing, or a specific color is not printed, clean the print head.
Press the <Menu> button on the printers operation panel.
Press the left [<] or right [>] arrow buttons to select [MAINTENANCE].
Press the <Set> button.
Press [<] or [>] to select the cleaning setting you want. Select [HEAD CLEANING] for normal print head cleaning. Select [HEAD REFRESHING] for deep print head cleaning.
Note: [HEAD REFRESHING] uses more ink than [HEAD CLEANING], so perform [HEAD REFRESHING] only when necessary.
Print a Nozzle Check Pattern and perform at least two Head Refreshing if the pattern is not correct.
When replacing the ink tanks, confirm that the new ink tanks are installed properly. If the ink tanks are not locked into place, paper may not be fed properly, or ink may not be supplied to the print head.
Make sure the device is powered on.
Press the <Open> button (1) and lift up the scanning unit. The print head holder automatically moves to the center of the machine.
Press on the tab to release the empty ink tank, then remove it from its slot.
On the new ink tank, pull the orange tape in the direction of the arrow and remove the plastic wrapper so you can see the air hole.

tank and remove the protective cap.

This is problem may be one of the cartridges is dry or there is low level of ink .you did all the possibilities check only thing is pending the you can replace the cartridge and see the result. Have a nice day and do not forget to rate please...!
Have you tried doing some maintenance like nozzle check,printing head alignment,clean the nozzles if not then try it by going into control panel - printers and faxes - where you see your mp730 right click and go to properties then click on the last tab which would be maintenance.Try those options if none worked then u might have to replace you print head and that should work
Is the issue the same with a anormal text document or just with heavily colored docs?
If the text doc gets printed fine, then it is an issue with print spooler and we might need to work on that.
