Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
We bought our nine year old this product for Easter and as of yet, cannot get it to work. My computer seemingly meets all the specifications that are required by the company. I have Direct X 9.0C and my video card driver was updated yesterday. I do have a VIA/S3G video card which I know is crappy but so far has worked on every game including the Barbie Girls. We had something like this once before with a Nancy Drew game but the company found a patch and we never had the problem with subsequent releases from the same company. Anyway, I have tried everything and Mattel is not being particularly co-operative. Please help guys, my daughter is upset and I want her to be able to enjoy her Easter gift.
The recommended minimum sysytem requirement for the video card is 32MB. When I upgraded my video card to 128MB the problem of the yellow screen is gone and the program works well, problem solved.

Can you be more specific on what is not working with the game? installation, running, screen not showing?
