Sounds like you DVR Card has glitched or faulted, to tell, remove card form PC, and turn on, wait for 5 mins, and turn OFF, now re-insert the card, use another "Socket" if you want, or if it doesn't work first time, try another socket and try again, and turn ON. IF the Card is detected, then it will most likely be OK, simply Point it to where the "Drivers" are. and it will install and should be all good. IF it is NOT picked up and doesn't install drivers, then your card has developed a fault. You need to get another.
