Question about Computers & Internet
Usually, we can recover Windows admin password in two traditional ways. The first is to change Windows password with another admin account; the second is to recover the previous password with the windows password reset disk that had been created before you forgot the password. Take Windows XP for example,
1 At the Windows XP login prompt when the password is entered incorrectly click the reset button in the login failed window.
2 Insert the password reset diskette into the computer and click Next.
3 If the correct diskette Windows XP will open a window prompting for the new password you wish to use.
Don't worry, Don't forget this 3 steps. luck to recover windows password

1.you can go into safe mode (F8 at logo when booting up) and enter as administrator and then go to accounts and change windows password and that's with XP. I haven't forgotten password for a pc before but can enter any XP pc in safe if the owner hasn't gone into safe mode and designated a password for "administrator" and usually only have a password for the user account but never have tried on Vista or Win7.
2.if that does not work, you can use software to reset the windows password I know a windows password tool just like below Windows Password Key 8.0 http://www.lostwindowspassword.com

I had forgotten my computer password some times. Compare to many password recovery methods. I think the following methods are better and easier. 1. Try hard to remember 2. Reset password from another user account with administrator credentials 3. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) third party recovery tool. Google third party password recovery tool or Windows password seeker. Hope this helps! http://www.passwordseeker.com/howtouse.html

The best way to reseting your password.
Step 1 : If your account has administrator privileges you can simply reset the password
Click start > right click my computer > manage > click local users and groups > users > right click administrator > set password and enter the new password twice.
Steo 2 : If you don't have access to an account with administrator privileges then you'll need to do an offline reset tools: Windows Password Unlocker . I believe is the tool i've used to do it in the past on XP.

plz folow this step to solve your problem,
If you forget your password or if your password expires, there are two methods that you can use to log on to create a new password. One method is to use a password reset disk, if you have created one. By using the password reset disk, you can recover your user account and your personalized computer settings. Another method is to log on using the administrator account to delete the forgotten password and then to create a new password.
If you have a password reset disk, go to method 1. If you do not have a reset disk, go to method 2. The instructions guide you through each step and help you verify that the problem is resolved.
