Question about Genius MousePen 8x6 (MOUSEPEN8X6)
I received my MousePen yesterday, and after installing the drivers from the CD (on XP), the mouse was working but not the pen. After adjusting the battery twice, it finally did work, but the movement is not smooth at all (as though it lags) which makes the pen pointless. Any advice?
Try and replace the battery with a new one, sometimes batteries in new devices might be flat. I would also advice to get latest drivers for device from manufactures website and reinstall them. If that don't work I would guess pen might be faulty. See if device is still on warranty. I hope this helped. Good Luck
