Hi, I got your response and I did google it. I found some company with the same model number, but it was in China and they had no email address. I know there has to be a company here in America. Again, its a Health Vita Deluxe

Look for the model number of your juicer and the make (like ge juiceman etc) and type that and the word parts into goggle Maybe you can find the manufacturers and ask if they sell parts. if you cannot find the model number. try looking at juicers art amzon or ebay to see if you see your juicer..try that model number and look at the pusher to see i you think it will fit but having the real model number is better as you may think you have the right juicer and it is not the same.
I recently bought that part for my juicer on amazon and cost me $20. a week later I found the exact same juicer including the part I just bought for $20 so I bought in for both parts and if I want to use it upstairs as well as downstairs as juicing a lot for aggressive cancer.
So you might see it at a thrift store. would not be the right sixe or as good but maybe you can find a food processor at a thrift store and use that pusher. the often have juicer for sale at thrit stores ranging from $6 to about $20..test it by plugging it in and seeing if it works or any smoke comes out. This might be cheaper than finding as replacement plunger.
I had the same problem. Mine completely stopped working after I put a small carrot in there. Can't find a customer service number for them. I did find an email for Antoinette Ramos. email@example.com She emailed me back and said they would send me a new Juicer. Almost 20 days later, I have not received it and I can't get a reply email from her at all. I just looked at the email and her phone number is on there, so I will be calling. Here it is incase you still need it.
As you don't mention the makers name, I can't provide you with a link, but try this; type into Google, the brand, the word juicer and the model number which will be on the machine. With a little luck you should find the website for this product. When you get on the site look for "contact us" and send a message asking for a manual for your juicer. If you have any problem with this, please write again, giving the make and model number and I will try to find a link for you.
I had the same problem and when I researched, I discovered that this particular model (864) had been recalled. I spoke with the company- who you may contact at 800-526-5377- and they sent me a shipping label to return the unit. They will either replace or repair. Hope this helps.
