I've replaced the board, but the sticker has been removed so I don't have the 4-digit code. It would not let me enter the right product. I have the MFI2568AEB.

I recently had the identical problem after replacing the high voltage control board myself. Although display looked normal, no response to programming attempts. All I could think of was that the low voltage board under the display ppanel was also bad and was about to go out and buy it ($240 locally) when I ddecided to check its connections first. Took off the display panel, unplugged the 4 connectors, plugged them all back in. When I powered up the fridge, it responded to the programming directions and has been working normally except the ice-maker made one batch of ice and then just stopped. Now I have to try figuring that one out.
2. Locate the small round reset button near the left side of the circuit board (Red or Black).
3. To program, press the reset button once, then enter your 4-8 digit code on the exterior keypad, then immediately press the middle lock button on the exterior keypad. You will hear a beep. This signals that your code has been accepted.
4. To enter a second code, follow the same procedures as in step 3, but this time press the reset button twice then enter your code.
Press and Hold Door Alarm Keypad
Press and Hold temp down keypad
Relaease door alarm Keypad and wait 3 seconds.
The control will display PE to indicate Programming mode.
Entry to programming mode confirmed by pressing FREEZER temp down keypad once more
The control will display the Current unit Programming Control code This code must be validated by comparing it to the Programming code stamped on the unit data plate (Model number plate)
If the programming code is correct all you have to do is close the refrigerator doors
To change the CODE press the REFRIGERATOR up or down keypad to change the digits.
To move between digits press the FREEZER up or down button. Decimal point indicates selection
Once the desired code is entered PRESS and HOLD the freezer temp down button until the CODE entered starts flashing.
Close the refrigerator doors or wait 4 minutes without Kaypad input for programming mode to exit.
Do this, with the door open: Remove cover from assembly by sliding cover up and off. You will then see the program button. A programmed code can be from four (4) to eight (8) digits long. Up to 2 user codes can be entered. Excess delay in the programming steps once started will cause unit to beep twice and will require you to restart from step (a).
Programming the first User Code: a. Press the program button on the interior unit once. b. Enter in 4 to 8 digit code onto the keypad. c. Press the "LOCK" button to save code. d. Extend the bolt by pressing the "LOCK" button and re-enter the code to test. The bolt should retract to the unlocked position. If it does not unlock, repeat steps (a) through (c).
Programming the second User Code: a. Press the program button on the interior unit twice.
After programming in just one new code, the existing old code may still work. I suggest that if this is the case, that you program in two codes to make sure that the old one is over-written. You may try programming in the same new code both times if you don't want to have two codes.
Here is a link to the installation and programming instructions that I excerpted the reprogramming instructions from: http://s7d5.scene7.com/is/content/BDHHI/kwikset-smartcode
