Question about Sony BDP-S300 Blu-Ray Disc Player
Thanks for using FixYa. It seems that the lens is not reading the disc. To start with try running a lens cleaning disc, if that does not work then you have to open the unit and clean the lens with a Q-tip dipped in alcohol. If still its not resolved then you can update the firmware from this link. If still the issue is not resolved then the lens should be replaced however, replacing a lens will cost you around $75 and a new one will cost you around $50. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
