> unplug external attached devices if any

> run boot scan

> run registry scan using reginout system utility software

If you are still facing same problem, reinstall OS.

Could be something you have plugged into it making it act that way, (USB device or something in a PCI Slot), that the computer is not compatible with. Remove all devices from the computer which are not necessary, then again attempt to operate your computer in a normal manner. If this persists, I always recommend a clean install of your OS. This is fairly easy to do and doesn't hurt your computer.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Why is my computer randomly freezing at east once a day?

Most likely you have swollen capaciters on your motherboard. They are the round barrel components and look at the top of them to see if they are bulging and not flat. If so they need replaced. Or replace your motherboard.
If you think its software download iobits.com free cleaner its a great malware and software program to keep your system running top notch. Also make sure your drivers are up to date. Also uninstall all programs you dont need or use first. Hope this helps.

My computer freez up before I can do anything. Once I touch a icon or anything it freezes.

try and clean it out or reinstall the operating system... you might be able to use a good memory upgrade... either that or take it to best buy and get it looked at... or if it still under warranty, call the manufacturer.

Once windows vista updated itself, now my computer freezes and doesn't want to even boot up...anything I can do to fix this?

Remove the ram memory one at a time and power on each time, if this fixes the problem you have a bad stick, if this fails! restore computer back to a earlier stage before this update occured.
