Question about Brother DCP 115C All-In-One InkJet Printer
Many cases people used refilled ink and not the one from the manufacture thus it causes this issue.
Other cases is the print head is dirty or defect thus needs to be cleaned or repaired in order to work.
if you used and fell victom of refilled solutions please replace the print head in this printer.

Do use original ink carts because thirdparty ones have a different construction and wont be accepted by printer sometimes.
When (re-)inserting press ink cart into assy and clip the support over the edge.
Please check the other carts, too. They may be empty.
