Water leaking onto floor from underneath unit, instead of into the water reservoir.

It's not unusual for a refrigerator to drip a little water on the floor after you replace the water filter-air trapped in the water dispenser system can make the water dispenser drip enough to overflow the drip tray below the dispenser. You can fix it by streaming a gallon or two of water through the dispenser to eliminate the trapped air.
If water drips on the floor from the back of the refrigerator, a leaking water inlet valve or cracked water system tubing could be the cause. A clogged or cracked defrost drain tube could also cause the leak. Defrost condensate water collects in the drain pan at the bottom of the refrigerator so a cracked or overflowing drain pan can also cause water to drip on the floor behind the refrigerator. Check the drain pan for cracks and clean out any foreign objects that may be inside the drain pan.
Excessive frost caused by a leaking door seal can also cause the defrost drain pan to overflow. Check the door gaskets and replace them if damaged.

Mod.g17fvcxw001 leaks water from vents inside between light and water filter.

Hi,You will need to look at either the filter or water line too and from the filter housing for the leak. I have seen filters with flat spots on the "O" rings that will cause them to leak, even brand new out of the box.
Good Luck

Uhhhhhh

There could several reasons for the water under refrigerator. Leaking water connection to water control valves. leaking defrost condensate pan or blocked condensate drain beginning inside freezer rear wall cause by ice or other gunk caught in the defrost drain line. Because leaks always happen differently on every model I will give you a page to look over and watch a small clip about fixing a refrigerator leak. One moment as I retrieve the information and links. Icetube leaking water inside freezer and outside back of freezer

Your refrigerator needs a new water valve and possibly some new water tubing. You can find the correct part by going to sears.com and entering the refrigerator's model number in the parts search field. When you have the valve, shut off the water to the refrigerator. If you're not sure how to do that, just shut off water to the entire house. Be sure to run the kitchen sink after you shut the water off to relieve any presure and double check that the water is completely shut off.

Be sure to unplug the refrigerator before you start this project...water and electricity aren't friends! Using a 1/4" nut driver or socket, remove the cardboard or metal cover off the back of the refrigerator. Follow the water line to the water valve, unscrew the nut going to the valve, and remove the water line. There are 2 screws holding the water valve to the refrigerator cabinet; remove the screws and gently pull the valve out. Unplug the electrical connectors and remove the water lines. Take the new valve, connect the water lines and electrical plugs, screw the valve back into place, attach the water line and turn the water back to to test for leaks.

Since the valve has been leaking inside your freezer it would be a great idea to clean out your freezer and let the water tube and lines thaw. Find a place for your frozen food, unplug the unit and let it sit overnight with the doors open. Don't forget to remove the ice bin, as these make quite the mess when the ice melts. Once it's thawed, plug it back in, make sure the water is on and not leaking and enjoy!
