Hello Onixx, hi, you TV is on standby mode, this happens if the TV internal circuitry has problems such as a short, loose screws or wiring, the affected part is the power supply board, these boards are usually replaced entirely.
You can also have this serviced, but the price difference is almost if not greater that the replacement board.
You can always do the service yourself, but you need the exact board.
one thing though, if the board is not yet available, you may want it serviced. (they will replace the entire board also)
Let me know if you want to do the service yourself, that is if you are a technical type of guy who knows electronics, then I will give you instructions. thats all. have a nice day.

LG TV Goes Into Hibernation (I Think)

This could be two things 1- a power saving mode in the TV... go into settings on the TV, look for either "power save settings" or "energy star settings" go in and turn that off. 2- it could be a screen saving mode because the TV has lost signal...some HDDVR receivers such as Direct TV DVR etc...have their own power saving mode, after a couple our of inactivity, they turn off, which kills the signal to the TV...so the TV shuts down because it has no signal coming to it.... if that is the case, you need to go into the settings on your cable/satellite settings and also look for a "power save mode" or "energy star saving", and turn that off.

I am watching my 14 days old JVC 21"TV but

Hello
Your TVs power supply regulator section has got some trouble with it, that is why power indicator doesn't light up. You have purchased it only fourteen days back, surely there will be warranty for it. Do not open the TV. The company will give no concession if the set is opened. Send it to the authorised service center and get it repaired. Some power supply faults may fatal, and may have to spend more. Since your TV is a new model, spare part availability in the open market may be difficult. Send it to them and let them do the work. OK.

My sony wega screen went pink & blue then black now the stand by light keeps 5 times and tv will not turn on

This is usually indicative of a power supply or power board failure inside the unit. Unfortunately there is no easy fix and you will need repairs. Please contact Sony to see how you can go about getting a repair scheduled, or check with a local TV repair shop in your area. Sony's number for this department is: 239-768-7547

Sony Projection TV 60 XBR, wont turn on, blinking green light

This sounds like when the power came back on a surge went into your tv and burnt out the TVs main power supply or possibly burn out the flyback power converter on the TV main board!
(I am pretty sure it is either one of these things!)
