Question about Lexmark C543dn 26B0000 Workgroup Up to 21 ppm 1200 x 1200 dpi Color Laser Printer
Most of the time the problem can be resolved by reseating the printhead cable which can be accessed by opening the back cover of the printer. If that won't resolve the problem, I recommend to have it serviced. It's a possible defective printhead.

-Problem with laser unit.It must be opened and cleaned (mirrors) but in the lexmark service.Waranty.

follow the steps below on how to successfully update your printer:
After successfully updating your printer, open the printer cover > re-insert the printhead > close the printer cover. If no printhead error comes up, continue with normal installation steps for cartridges. If error comes up again, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for further assistance.
