You can change flash modes with the control button.
Your camera has three flash modes.

First Position:
Flash forced on. This is the position that you want to use.

Second Position:
Slow Synchro Flash forced on. In this position the flash strobes twice.

Third Position:
Flash forced off.

I offer you to use the first position. In this position normally, your camera strobes for one time.

Once the machine is on, no signs of work: no filling up by water, no drum spinning. Instead, the lamps "1h" and "3h" flash simultaneously.

Some machines wont let you operate it with the lid opened. It may be the control PCB locking itself out because of the lid being open. With a make or model, its pretty hard to determine what the 1h and 3 h mean unless its actually for the delay start?? The machine is waiting for you to shut the lid and press what delay you want to start the machine??

My Samsung L100 Camera doesn't know how to flash once!

Most cameras flash twice; the first one is for setting the exposure, the second one is for real. About the best you can do is warn your targets that the camera is going to flash twice.

Yes, the L100 has a self-timer. Press Right on the selector (the clock icon) until the desired mode indicator appears on the display. Your choices are 10-second delay, 2-second delay, double self-timer, and motion timer.

The self-timer is described on pages 29-30 in my copy of the manual.

There is a delay from when I push the button to take a pic and the actual pic of a second maybe. How to get pic in the moment?

The delay is caused by the flash charging. Put the camera in Program mode (P on your dial). This is similar to Auto, but you can turn off the flash. Press the button with the lightning bolt by it until you see the same icon but with a slash through it in your LCD screen.

Now keep in mind taking pictures this way will often result in blurry pictures because you're overiding both the Autofocus (by pushing all the way down on the shutter instead of first half way), and the flash (you may need to keep the camera extra steady in low light situations).

How do i make it only flash once instead of the delayed one.

The multiple flashes are designed to reduce red-eye. You will have a setting to turn that feature off. Look in your manual for how to make the change.

Delay when taking picture.

The delay is absolutely normal. When you press the button to take a picture, the camera takes its 1-3 seconds to focus on the image, prepare the flash. Once that's done, the camera "clicks" and the photograph is taken.

Happy shooting!
