Power to Citizen C27604HD - 27" High Definition* LCD Television

I have checked the fuse beside the TV power supply and it is fine . I have no power going to the TV at all I think the Power supply Modual is cooked
Where can I get a replacement part for this TV In Moose jaw Saskatchewan

You should check the fuse on the power supply first before replacing it. A simple ohm meter check will tell you if it is good.
You will probably find that you'll need to replace the whole power supply.

We have an astar 27" flat screen and it won't turn on, could this be a fuse issue?

No,modern electronics,like the LCD tv produce alot of heat to is circuits boards.It alway damages capaitors to cause it to have it electrolites gases leakages,these capacitors usally alway cause the problems to these capacitors in the power supply board.U know how to solders?Have basic electronics skill check the power supply board for capacitors that bulges up,or puff it up.Replaced these bulges up or puff up the power supply will get ur power back.Or tries websites like, to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

TV is not getting any power.

The Power supply section of your Tv has problem, maybe the fuse or the IC. Let Technician to check it for you.

The fuse(s) can be found in the power supply assembly. Check for the letter F follow by a number to locate the fuse.

Program bell expressvu remote for new tv

The easiest way is to do device code scan. Since you want to program the TV, hold the TV button on your bell expressvu remote. When all the top buttons light up, press the power button, the TV button light should remain lit. Keep pressing up/down until your TV turns off. When your TV turns off, press the # button. Thats all. Your done.

If you want to set up the AUX button, hold the AUX button until all the buttons light up. Then press * and either

0 - second TV
1 - second VCR/DVD player
2 - audio amplifier or cable box

Then press the power button and press up/down until the device turns off. The last step is to press # and your done.
