Drainage problems at Zanussi IZ 16 S

My Zanussi Jetsysem IZ 16 S won't drain. At 38 min stops and E20 is flashin on. I find out that it could be the housing pump but I don't know where and how to look for it.
Please help!

-   The cycle stops at 38 mins and the E20 warning flashes. Don't knw how to get inside the washer to try and repair it.....please can someone help ??-   sinderella76

-   I have the same problem - washer stops at 38mins and the lcd reads E20 the area where the pump is is noisy. I have cleaned out pump twice now. The first time it worked for about 8 weeks and again I cleaned it just today and it only worked for 2 washes. Do i need a new pump?-   Guest
