Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: I tried to upgrade my
if you still have the original DVD that came with the device, i think you can use that to upload them maps and other info, but of course this will just be like having the device brand new.

If I am correct you can put it on the sd card
There should be a slot for the card on the unit .
also you can check on their web page .

there are 4 screws hidden under the little black rubber plugs on the
back of the unit...remove those 4 screws, then slip something small and
flat (i use my finger nail) around the area where the back and front of
the case meet...there are several snaps that hold it together that youll
have to break loose to seperate the back and front....slowly seprate
then and disconnect the screen ribbon from the main board...
the screen is only held in by little clips on the sides...just gently pull the case away from the screen in those areas and the screen will pop out
let me know if you need further help
