Question about Konica Minolta DiALTA CF910 Copier
Ran out of toner on konica 7022 copier about 3 months ago. copier displayed "call service F-26-1". Finally replaced empty toner cartrige with new. Same error code displays.
Your TCR sensor is dirty. Your need to take out your process unit( drum unit) and vavuum waste toner out of the hopper, and clean the TCR sensor. this will fix your problem. first remove the developer unit one screw, than the drum unit one screw. place the drum unit on the copier w/the drum facing up. remove charge wire asy, drum shaft, and bearing, than the drum, remove the cleaning blade asy. you'll see the excess toner, vacuum all out. clean the tcr sensor, locate in the middle lower part of unit, under the drum. this should fix your problem.. lots of work though... good luck
