I think this is a disc read error, but no matter what the cause u have to have an authorized repair center fix the problem, they don't sell parts to the public, u will find in most cases the cost of repair is very high, replacing the deck is the often the best thing to do, Radio Shack can repair this or at least give u an idea of the cost to repair it.
