To solve your problem, you need to enter the Diagnostic mode and rebuild the drive's structure.
1)Turn off system
2)Hold power button through 1 startup and shutdown cycle...
4)Hold power button until you hear two-simultaneous beeps, then release
5)Connect controller with USB cable and push PS button
6)Pick diagnostic option you desire...
7)Allow changes to be implemented...
8)Restart fixed console...
If this doesn't solve your , call Sony and they will replace it for you.
