Question about Savin 8035e Copier
Enter service mode....and look for the service call reset .it's in mode or program,you just press reset and restart the machine Entering and Exiting SP mode " 1. Press the Clear Mode key. 2. Use the keypad to enter “107”. 3. Hold down Clear/Stop for at least 3 seconds. 4. Enter the Service Mode.

Press the yellow button ( reset button ) then press 107 then press and hold the red button (stop button ) for about 3 sconds until the display changes. Touch copier on the display screen. Now turn the copier off using the on off switch on the left front side of the copier. If the cold comes back the Thermostat in the fuser is most likely tripped and would need to be replaced.

• Defective thermistor
• Incorrect installation of the thermistor
• Defective fusing lamp
• Defective power supply unit
You can try resetting the code using this sequence...
Press the Yellow button, 1,0,7, Press & hold red stop button until machine beeps and the display changes. Then turn the copier off and back on.
Hopefully the machine will now come to ready. OIf not the likely cause is either ther thermal fuse or heater lamp.
