My bissell 3522 powerforce is not sucking up the debris. I have to use the hose attachment and even then, it doesnt pick up like it should. I have to run along the same section several times.

Bissell 3522 can use to wooden hard floor

Hi Marian. Thanks for asking this question. The Powerforce vacuum has a bare floor setting; however, you may want to contact the hard floor manufacturer for their recommendation regarding the use of a rotating brush.

No dirt is collecting in chamber and doesnt seem to be picking up

the hose is clogged. try sucking the dirt out with another vacuum (backward) If this doesnt work, you will have to disconnedt one or the other or both ends of the hose to remove the clog. this is a simple process.

My vacumn wont pick up from the bottom but the hose works fine, I have an empty bag and the green light is on.

Either the glide plate at the bottom is blocked or the belt is broken
