What does this serial number mean SNHUA04G46819

It means that what ever item you found it on, that item has been registered by the manufacturer. Sometime embedded in the serial number the date of manufacture is found. But there are no standards on serial numbers. And so an even better explaination of what is serial number is can be found in wikipedia, in part as follows:
A serial number (also manufacturer's serial number or MSN) is a unique code assigned for identification of a single unit. Although usually called a number, it may include letters, though ending with digits. Typically serial numbers of a production run are incremented by one, or another fixed difference, from one unit to the next. Units may be marked with several alphanumeric codes, but only one of these will be a serial number; others are sometimes called nominal numbers, and may identify the part, specify installed options, and so on.

I have an old Rolleicord Camera.Am I able to find out more about it from the number (5574350) on the bottom lens?

No, the number on the lense is only the lense serial number. Lenses are/were made by companies separate from the manufacturer of the camera. Generally, if you search for Rolleicord on Google you can find pretty good information but you may have to do some digging to find something that looks like your model. The best bet, is to go by the make/type of lense to narrow it down. Rolleicords were made from the 30's to present day, with various features and lense types, mostly Schneider Xenar's or Zeiss Planar's. You can buy a brand new Rolleicord 2.8G today, for around $3000us, so the look of the camera can really lie about it's age.

Search for things like Rolleicord (lense maker) (lense type) (lense f/number) (shutter type). Shutter type will be Compur MX, MXV, Synchro-Compur M, MX, MXV, etc. Possibly also Compur Rapid. Shutter speeds can also narrow it down, but I believe all Rolleicords were B-500 shutters.

My husband has a 35 mm Leica drp ernst leitz wetzlar with brown case and screw. The body, serial number 336781, is black and a silver colour (chrome I presume) with a screw in lense. The lense, serial...

Without more information or photos it's pretty much impossible to even guess. But, it could be anything between a Leica and a Leica III, produced anywhere between 1925 and 1954. Only features and model-specific numbers engraved on the camera would tell the full story - serial numbers don't give much information to anybody but the factory.

I have just bought a Nokon/AFNikkor 50mm F1.4 lense from ebay and it does not have a serial number on it . it just says made in china and the number 10 .is it fake?

If it says "Nokon" then it's most certainly a fake. All Nikon AF lenses have a serial number on the bottom of the barrel, near the mount.

My 2 yr old Powershot A560 is not accepting new batteries. The lense telescopes and the lcd briefly lights up with the red battery symbol flashing. I can preview photos taken, but I cannot take any new...

The battery you found (CR1220) is for the camera memory.IE time and date.Chances are the batteries that were installed are dead. Also check the contacts on either end of the batteries and clean if needed.
