You can try to restore to factory default with *#7780# (you will not lose any data).
If it doesn't work, backup all your data first because you will lose all and do a soft reset with *#7370# (default pass is 12345).
As a last resort there is the hard-reset:
1) Make sure phone is fully charged and switched off.
2) Press simultaneously the green "call" button, "*" and "3" and keep them down.
3) With those 3 keys down, switch the phone on.
4) Release the 3 keys when the phone shows signs of life such as the Nokia logo or the language selection screen.

For non-standard mobile phones, you need to get the manual GPRS settings from your network operator's customer care and create GPRS profile in your mobile manually. Then using that profile you can connect to GPRS provided that a proper GPRS subscription is active for your number.
