Question about Toshiba e-STUDIO 150 All-In-One Laser Printer
Black pages are usually due to chargeing problems, when you open the right hand cover on the 150 model, the charging unit is located on the bottom of the door that swings open, on the left side of that unit, there are 2 contact springs, those 2 springs contact 2 brass looking tabs inside the machine when closed, clean those tabs, and springs, with a pencil eraser, or a cotton swap with VERY LITTLE rubbing alcohol, or both. The only other thing that would cause black pages would be the scanner light not turning on, which would be obvious, when you open the top cover to place a document on the glass, leave it open and press the copy button, if it lights up, that is not the problem, if the light never turns on, the scanner lamp is out.
