Is it an email service on the web (like Yahoo, Google)? or you are connected to an email server in your workplace?

My version is Office 2003. I have CCleaner and use it on my other computers, but this one is Windows Vista and I thought I didn't need it with this newer PC. Guess I'll run CCleaner and see if that helps. Thanks.

This depends on your email client. Try downloading all updates via the website.

    ok - you need to change the settings in the email client. I will need to know the version you're using with the outlook. It is out look express - outlook that comes with office 2003 or 2007? There are several different types of ;outlook;
Also if it is a 'sudden' problem then you may want to look into downloading CCleaner and take the latest free version. Run this and run it and run it. then check the portion of the CCleaner program that shows 'registry' and run that and fix all errors. Look this program over it can save you a lot of trouble over the years.
As for changing your outlook. Go to mail settings and change that account to text version only or look in the SAFE ACCOUNTS and CLICK HERE - then read a lot and then read some more. The reason you must read and learn this is because of the variables. I will help you more if you check me 4 hands helpful as my ratings do indeed make a difference to my bottom line with Fix Ya.

How to email photo taken with computer camera

If using windows any version it is very very easy to do.

Right click on the picture and scroll down to send to then choose mail recipient...
This should open your default email application. and just fill out the to address and send.

If that doesn't work it will depend on what your default email application is.
For Outlook you would just open New Email : and you have 2 options..Insert Picture or attach file..both of which will open a search box looking for where the picture (file is stored).

Google mail is a tad different but also same choices compose new email insert file or insert photo. Both of which you must direct to where the (picture, file is located)).

Or you can just drag and drop the photo into the body of your email and send.

Almost every email app has the same options...Insert Photo (image) or attach file.

Good Luck

How to attach pictures to appear in Yahoo mail

Some are having a hard time emailing a picture to recipients using yahoo email. They want the exact picture to show in the body of the message but somehow cannot do it and end up just attaching the image as file.

The fact is, you can only be able to place pictures which is already uploaded in the internet. In other words, the image that you want to place inside the body of the email should have a static URL or the exact web address of that particular image file. To explain this further, open your yahoo email and compose a new email.

Take for example you're going to insert this image in the body of your message:

You need to select the image to HIGHLIGHT the picture. Click at the end of the image and drag to the left to highlight the image just like what is shown below.

Once the image is selected, press ctrl + c to copy. Do not right click on the image to choose copy because that wont work.

Now, go back to your new message in your yahoo mail and right click on the area where you want to paste it and then choose paste.

That's it!

How to attach a file to an email

Open your email client and start typing the email such as who it is going to, the subject and whatever you want to say in the body of the email. Look for a link, tab or button somewhere on it that says Attach. Click Attach and then you will have the option to Browse anywhere on the computer to find the file, document, picture that you want to attach. 99% of the time the things you want to attach can be found in the My Documents or Documents folder or My Pictures or Pictures folder. Once you find the file you want to attach, click on it and click OK. You will be taken back to your email client and it will attach the file and you can actually see the attachment. Once it is attached, click Send

There are red blocks where images or pictures are suppose to be on all yahoo sites

Outlook Express comes with a default setting that blocks email attachments from being opened or downloaded. This can be overcome by clicking on Tools>Options>Security, and unchecking "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." You also need to have "Block images and other external content in HTML email" unchecked.
