put philips laptopcam spc610nc on pc everything seems ok but camera dont come on it is in task bar with red cross on it

same problem, but no red cross on icon in taskbar, click "launch" and nothing happens. Went to Phillips page, got the Vista driver, but it will not instal. Camera works fine on my other XP laptop...just not on either Vista Premium or Vista Ultimate laptops. Vista driver will not install a critical DLL, thus is useless. Steve M, Dover, NH
