For an electric dryer, the heater has probably failed. A failed thermostat can also cause this symptom.

Unplug the machine! Disconnect the heater and check it for continuity with a multimeter. If it does not have continuity, replace it. If the heater has continuity, check each thermostat for continuity. All thermostats should have continuity at room temperature.

Why heat generated in pullser back mag wheel

Hi, Anonymous because there is a lot of activity going on back there that transfers heat to the rear wheel.
1. Tire to road surface generates heat.
2. Engine heat transfer.
3. Exhaust heat transfer.
4. Brake drum/caliper heat transfer.
Good luck and have a nice day.

Whirlpool AWZ 410 washer dryer is not generating any hot air when drying. The dryer drum is tumbling but with cool air only.

Unplug the unit and take the top with the screws holding the lid on. Take a look at all of the wires on the top of the machine. You might notice broken/burnt wires on the safeties that are close to or that directly activate the heating element located in the blower housing located at the top of this washer/dryer condensing unit.

Hotpoint Utima Logic Sensing Condenser TDC62

lewensc...this sounds like a classic timer issue. Before replacing it, first turn off your mains breakers and then back on. Check all wiring from the breaker panel to the unit. If okay, then have a quick look at the items in the dryer and test them using a multi tester. If nothing is amiss, replace the timer.
