If it's not a circuit error, you can fix it easily, take out both the button (m and ,) and clear the clog/dust from the. But be careful while you remove them, you might tamper them... Good luck..

computer keyboards can have faults in several ways, but the most likely is liquids being spilt on them, causing them to do odd things or to just stop working completely.
There's loads of people having problems with this series of keyboards. With some keyboards the speed is wrong for them being checked (USB versions) and you can easily type faster than the keyboard controller can respond so it just goes nuts :-(
Notably, lots of laptops have a problem handling fast typing and tend to throw the cursor around or mis and add random letters.
Try a different keyboard just in case. Check its wire and connections for breaks/damage. Plug it into another USB port if possible some towers give lower power/resources to some USB ports - especially ones on the front of tower cases.
Also, some odd BIOS's allow you change the typing rate/speed (usually quite old ones though). If that value doesn't match your keyboard enough you can have problems.

When I type one letter two come up

go to control and hit the icon keyboard and use the troubleshooting section.
However if the problem persist, in the control panel use the utility system restore, and put the last date that you know the keyboard was working GOOD.
Anyway will be a great idea if you test the keyboard in another PC
God bless you

How do I type a comma

Put your finger right below the 'K' and 'L' buttons on the keyboard. If you have 'Shift' held down, you'll get '<,' but if not, the comma you've been seeking should appear.

If not, reinstall your drivers, then turn it off and back on again.
