Question about HP Color LaserJet 2600n Printer
The printer will not print RED because of the mirrors in the laser unit. Every so often the manjeta fades out even after a thorough clean of the unit. the only hussle in place is how you will dismantle the printer and access the laser. Once there everything is straight forward because you only need to clean the lower mirror and thats it! Good lucky!

turn on/off, unplug, wait a minute, plug back in, should reset.
take color cartridge out to ensure objects are blocking it from printing correctly, if you use a cloth, use some thing fine and be very very careful not to damage the cartridge. if new, take back for replacement. have experienced this before
go to application folder for your computer, dbl click icon for make of printer, check settings, check to ensure everything is order. do a print test to clean heads, this sometimes does the trick
lastly, check make of printer trouble shooting web site for more information, hp has an awesome website for trouble shooting further
hope this helps, good luck.
