Make sure the connection settings in Just Dance 2 are right.
I've you have a firewall, let just dance 2 access the internet.

It's a bug issue in the firmware of the R4 cards. Won't work after 14 april 2010 unless you update the firmware of the R4 card.
For the time being you can set back the date before 14 april 2010 and it wil work directly.

Due to the fault of our R4 team,except R4(I) SDHC V2.0，all the kernels can not work normally base on the date after 14th, April, 2010. The issues are the system date error and when you booting up the consoles, you couldn't enter into the main manu. We are awfully sorry for this. set back date back to 2009, problem solved

Change your ds date back before 14 april 2010. Now you can play.
Wait for a kernel update.

Can tell me how to connect internet connection?
If u connect through then check for ur wireless signal.If u connect broadband connection then u check for baudrate.
If u get same problem then Update ur Internet explorer or Reinstall ur operating system.
