Abnormal restarts are a classic symptom of a failing PSU. However its not the only cause. You should remove and reseat the RAM and add-in cards and if you have experience then do the same with the processor (NOT recommended if you have no experience of processor installation). BSOD is an indication that something might be failing like RAM or other addin component. Try starting up with only one RAM (if you have two) and see if there is any difference. do the same with other addin cards. Please note that dismantling a PC is not without risk. There is a chance of shock and damage from static electricity so if you are not confident then ask someone for help.

I would suspect the power supply unit (PSU).

There is a memory diagnostic tool from Microsoft. Search google for a download. Its run from the CD and check any issues with the RAM. As such there is no sure way to tell whether mobo is faulty. Bdw CPU if faulty will NOT run at all; only it can be over-heating. While formatting choose the quick format option not the extended one.

Click here for the link to the tool. You need to burn it as an ISO. Lets see if it helps. If you have two RAM sticks try booting with only one.

I checked the Microsoft support website and this issue is explained in detail. Unfortunately this points to a failing or about to fail hardware but it cannot be said with certainty which component it is. I suggest you read this Microsoft article especially the tips at the end.Let me know about the results. Thanks.

Glad to know your system is up and running. You just gave me only 3 thumbs up. If I helped you out for free don't I deserve 4 thumbs up? Its the only way you can thank me as it boosts up my rating a little bit.

455ranger husqvara,i run it till it needs gas,it wont restart till an hour, sometimes it wont restart till next day. Do you know why?

Sounds like just too low compression. This will keep it from starting. Do a compression test and wright down the reading. Remember, when it's warmed up, the heat has made the cylinder expand a bit so the compression is going to be down. If the rings are warn out, that will drop the compression even more when it's warm. Fence the no start when warm.

Dell d600 freezes intermittantly

sounds like the hard disk drive is slow to spin up. Sometimes older drives don't get all the way up to speed at boot, then with repeated restarts, the drive warms a bit and the spindle friction drops allowing full speed on the drive.
Try running HDD Diags the 1st boot of the day Fn +power button, see if you get any diag failure. Generally, a drive has to be within 3% of rated drive RPM (5400 or 7200) to function
