Unplug usb cable from your laptop
restart your laptop
plug USB cable in diffrent ports available
Still if its not charging then follow these steps :
1. Right click on My Computer
2. Click on properties
3. Click on HARDWARE tab
4. Click on Device Manager
5. Click on USB ROOT HUB
6. Uinstall USB ports one by one
7. Restart your laptop
Then try to charge your BlueTrek Mini
