Question about Car Audio & Video
Have got a ford fiesta and want to fit a new dvd player sterio.. just need to know how to attach the handbrake cable to the handbrake? thanks for any help
If you can get to the hand brake, there is usually 1 wire coming off of it at the base, you will want to test it to make sure it is sending the ground pulse, just splice it into that wire. If you want to save yourself the headache, just put a switch to a ground (-) and hook that up to the handbrake wire (coming from the unit). It will do the exact same thing, but with a lot less work.
