Unable to communicate with the server - my Lan led is orange
My Castelle fax is unable to communicate with the server. I changed my network cable, I changed the port on the switch, the Lan led still orange and the led alert is red. I'm able to ping the IP address on the network.
This is the message that I get

Exactly error: "Unable to connect to the proxy server A proxy server
is a server that acts as an intermediary between your computer and other
servers. Right now, your system is configured to use a proxy, but
Google Chrome can't connect to it. Here are some suggestions: If
you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or check with your
network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If
you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, try the following
steps: Go to Wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood > Change
proxy settings > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for
your LAN." Error 130 (net::ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED): Proxy server connection failed."

Immediately after posting, received SPAM from this site. Was offered some type of professional "elite" help. New is: I AM AN ELITE PROFESSIONAL. This is a gimmick site that harvests information and harasses you to buy something.
CE-03 is a communication error, obviously. Your print card and your new SMTP are not talking together. Your system is probably OK at this point, but is unable to communicate well with the new network system. Work with an IT department to resolve this.
Did you check your printer queue tab. When I was having trouble getting receipts to print the print request would go to the Printer Queue and upon opening the tab I saw my print jobs being held there. Once I deleted them the Red Light went out. Check out your user manual as I believe there is a section that tells you how to troubleshoot the lights...as some issue relate to flashing lights and other relate to solid lights. Hope this helps
try going into my network places and on the left pane go to set up ahome or office network make sure you do this on each computer and the workgroup name must all be the same on each computer you want to be in that network.
