My son kept elevating deck and the screw has come out of the threaded boss on the bottom side. Switch on and no life from the lift motor, no sound , then errors. I see the trim pot inside and have moved to try and fool into thinking that it hasn't gone over limit but all way CW and all way CCW makes no difference Am a mechanical engineer so don't want to fix it myself. Is the control card seeing wrong volts from trim pot, It seems odd that it doesn't reset itself after power off and at least try and power the lift motor. No smell or any evidence of burn out , and it failed unscrewing (coming out) not bottoming out at 0 elevation.HELP PLEASE.

That potentiometer may finally gave up the ghost or the unit may need to re calibrated but first it needs mechanically put back together I would call Accell fitness of North America they are the distributors of Tunturi Treadmills and should have the technical data to help in the process. I rotated the pot around 30 deg back and then it all came to life, found out wife was on hill walk and it didn't stop and wound way past what the card would allow.(screw jumped out)So all working .Thanks."

Enter the testing mode after switching the treadmill POWER ON by pushing first ‘SELECT’ and then ‘SPEED DOWN’ and hold buttons pressed simultaneously.

The lift motor calibration is done manually by following the following steps:
1. Drive the lift motor to 0% from user interface (inclination display must be 0%)
2. Switch off the treadmill and unplug the power cable
3. Remove motor cover
4. Fold up the running deck
5. Loosen two screws (A) attaching the lift motor nut (B) to the incline frame
6. Adjust the lift motor nut (B) so that there is 9 mm (.358 in ) gap between the upper end of the nut and the
lift motor frame
Tighten the screws (A) and verify correct elevation by measuring Adjusting lift motor to 0% position 2.76in 12% position 9.646 in measurement taken from floor to bottom of motor compartment frame.
motor leads on a three phase are T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9. for high voltage  L1 to T1, L2 to T2, L3 to T3, connect together and tape - T4-T7, T5-T8, T6-T9. For LOW voltage  L1 to T1 & T7 & tape, L2 to T2-T8 & tape, L3 to T3 & T9 & tape. T4-T5-T6 together and tape.
It will be one of three things: #1 faulty Wax/Lift circuit board that controls the lift motor,#2 the motor itself, or #3 a faulty home switch, which is the white plastic switch in the base of the machine which senses the home position or zero degrees elevation.
Remove two screws on top at front in order to remove plastic front vent grill. Then the door lifts off pin hinges. Lay door flat on surface. Plastic trim snaps off with gentle prying (start at bottom middle and bottom hinge side). Then remove six screws holding notched metal section with door latch. This piece will also snap out (several visible clips holding it around edges). Then remove door handle screws, Replace handle and reverse process to put back together.
