First of all, if you are attempting to plug this device in to the front usb port or to a usb hub, try plugging it directly in to one of the back usb plugs of your computer as this is going to be a true "usb 2.0" port. That is, of course, if your motherboard suports USB 2.0. As with most new devices, they are all usb 2.0 and only some will be usb 1.1 (the older version) compatible. As well, some usb players will have software that is not necessarily required to "see the unit" on the other hand, some do have device drivers that are required (as in the case of the toshiba and creative units), in order to utilize the built in software functions.

One other thing you can check for is the device manager (right click on MY COMPUTER and select PROPERTIES then click on HARDWARE tab and finally DEVICE MANAGER) Here you should see no "yellow" exclammation points which would be telling you of a device conflict. If you currently have your unit plugged in, you may notice the "unknown device" which would be your unit. By clicking on any item that has the exclamation and REMOVING it. Removing all devices with conflicts and then clicking on REFRESH (search for new devices) it should once again attempt to install the device. If you are still having troubles, I would be visiting the manufacturers website and reading any FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS (faq's) regarding the device as well there are quite often updated device drivers available from the site in which you may or may not require.

Worst case scenario since you just bought it would be to take it back (and either get a new one or get a completely different make/model as the one you have may not be that simple to use if additional drivers are required).

When i on transcend mp850 its showing brand name only but cannot show menu or anything its completely hanging

How do you have it connected to you PC Ethernet, USB, Parallel cable? Check your connections. I am assuming it is USB since you have no internet connection at home. Go to your printer settings and see what port it is connected to. If it is a USB make sure it points to that connection in the panel.

steps to be followed to connect the 3110c nokia mobile net to pc -

1 . install an antivirus, update it & scan the pc

Can't connect panasonic nv-gs33 to pc via usb


Uinstall the software and then reconnect the camcorder via the USB. if this is detected then install to connect.
If there is no detection then the software must be reinstalled and connected. Use a different port to check. shut off the camcorder to connect , if not switch on and connect.
If either wont work then remove the memory card and try if it connect.
If not check if the cam is detected in another PC to confirm the fault of PC or cam.

it means no hard disk detcet on your pc, open the cpu cabinet and check weather the hard disk wire is properly connected or not.

The PC seems to be OK. The phone switches off and hence can not be detected. You cant detect a dead device. Try a different battery. Or try using the charger while connectiong. If it does not go off then the battery is at fault. Change it. If nothig is detected faulty, then uninstall PCSuite . Restart the PC and re-install PCSuite without connecting the phone. When you connect the phone afterinstalling the SW, he phone will be detected immediately.

Cant connect phone to the PC


Un-install the PCStudio from the PC thru either the Studio's uninstall or thru control panel's Add remove option. Then restart the PC. install PC studio again without connecting the phone. Once that is done connect the phone and go thru the detection process. The process should install all the necessary drivers. When you connect your phone after starting the PCStudio, if it does not connect the phone, then thru the option of connect phone option select the com ports one by one and see where your phonr gets detected and connected.

Sounds like either your motherboard is failing or your battery is starting to fail. If the battery is shot then the unit will not be able to properly connect with iTunes and will not be detected by iTunes. If you need additional support options or want to recycle that iPod, let me know.
