Samsung U600 keypad not

-   I seem to have similar problem. I noticed that my keypad doesn't seem to be working. I can use the other numbers but the *0# keys don't work at all.

-   I was typing a text message, closed the screen and now the phone will only allow mw to take incoming calls by opening the screen. I have messages I cannot access and I cannot use any of the touch buttons. I can type a number using the keypad, but the call button does not work. This phone has been pretty much trouble since I got it. As soon as I fix it I am getting a new one! -   Fiona_Green1

-   i've got the same problem, my power button is starting my phone up, but won't shut it down. also, i cant dial a number/ text, but i can play the games by using 2,8,4 and 6 buttons, anyone know waht to do??? -   Guest
