I need driver for ASUS V6800 GeForce 256 Deluxe (32 MB) Graphic Card for windows xp

You can download it from the Asus official website, click this LINK, this will direct you to your graphics card drivers download page. On the page, click the down arrow button on the right side of "O.S" (beside the red texts "*Required") and select "WinXP", the available download options will be displayed to you, click "VGA" to expand it and download the driver. You'll need to click the floppy disk icon labelled as "Global (DLM) etc.." to begin the download. The topmost among the available lists of downloads is the latest version (updated). I would recommend you to download it. Alternatively, you can download it from this LINK(direct download link). The driver package will come down as a zip file. I hope you know how to open zip files on your computer. Windows xp can open .zip file (by default). Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section and see if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3. If so, right click it and disable it. Then run the NComputing cleanup utility located here: www.nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall.exe. Download current version for XP from here: www.ncomputing.com/download/x300. Unpack the .ZIP file and install. Reboot and register.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD and upgrade. Simply install straight from the download file I provided in the link.

Bad audio

Not sure what you mean by bad audio. Does it work at first and then the sound deteriorates? Does it not work on any of the stations at all? If you have a dual card setup, does it work on one card and not the other? You might try to upgrade to the latest software, v4.03.104.1. To do so, uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section and see if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3. I need to download an email containing documents I

The memory stick will be listed on the computer as either by name of the stick or by simply a removeable disk. Make a note of the drive letter the computer has issued this drive. Now download the file, when the window pops up to ask you where you want the file downloaded to, at the top of the window there is an address bar with a down arrow to the right of it. Click on that arrow and navigate to "My Computer", click on that and scroll down until you see the removeable drive you inserted into the usb port. Highlight the drive and click on save. That will send the file directly to the drive.
