  1. Unzip the file to folder in a location you know
  2. Check the files if they have a set up application file then run it
  3. If they dont have an application file then goto my computer icon right click and selct properties and then select the hardware tag followed by device manager then goto your hardware profile right click your hardware icon and select update then choose option to udate manually and click next and show it under browse icon where the file is located then click next, if your driver is not signed by windows but is from a trusted source click next if the query comes on otherwise wait for clicking finish
  4. Guess what you just did it

Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section and see if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3. If so, right click it and disable it. Then run the NComputing cleanup utility located here: www.nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall.exe. Download current version for XP from here: www.ncomputing.com/download/x300. Unpack the .ZIP file and install. Reboot and register.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD and upgrade. Simply install straight from the download file I provided in the link.

Bad audio

Not sure what you mean by bad audio. Does it work at first and then the sound deteriorates? Does it not work on any of the stations at all? If you have a dual card setup, does it work on one card and not the other? You might try to upgrade to the latest software, v4.03.104.1. To do so, uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section and see if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3. GOOD MORNING Sir system please run the ncx 2000-xp update now or uninstall in the contral panel/software the latest window hotfix/ service patch

The update prompt is nothing more than a notification flag, it doesn't really know if there is an update available or not. Having said that, I'd recommend you do the following which should get you all set. Ap Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Makesure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of devicemanager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section andsee if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3.
