a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

I am not sure whether you have purchase the full version or not. Normally HP ships trial version with the notebooks. i.e. Microsoft office 2007.
If you have purchase the full version while purchasing the notebook the you must have got the HP shopping envelope (If purchased from HPshopping.com). The product key would be included in the envelope.
And if it is a trial version the you may need to purchase the full version from Microsoft.
well the game must meet the minimum requirements of ur system. even a slightest decrease in ur video card configuration or direct x version or even the required memory then it would fail to turn up and re installing it again and again will not solve the issue.even just buying a new video card will not help. ur desktop MUST meet all the requirements of the game.
some of the older versions of autocad does'nt tend to work in vista.try installing autocad 2008 or 2009.it is recently released and well compatible with vista.REMEMBER, if u r using it for architectural purposes, try downloading autocad architecture 2008.it is especially made for architects.try downloading it on torrentz.com
Assuming that the speaker is plug in to the PC and power is also applied to the speaker - If the PC sounds comes out of the headset but not on the speakers, then the speakers are defective.
Being new/recently bought, your best course of action would be to bring the unit back for replacement or at least the speakers since trying to repair it would void the warranty. Please remember to bring proof of purchase, warranty card or whatever document(s) are required for this sort of complaint.
Good luck and kind regards.
