I've just bought a Quickcam Chat v11.1 and I'm trying to install the software on my computer that runs Win XP. Mid-way through the install I get the following message:
"error 1327. invalid drive: J:\"
and the install fails. Any suggestions how to proceed would be appreciated. Microsoft support and Logitech support were not helpful.

- Got a quick cam v11.1 brand new worked for 5 minutes and went blurry tried everything and sitill out of focus i dont know what else to do if anyone could help will apreciate it - lostcowgirl0

Try this link and download version 11.5 onto your hard drive, by installing from hard drive the invalid drive should be bypassed.

Install the software before attaching web cam.
