Question about Brother MFC 420CN All-In-One InkJet Printer
1. You may have a clogged print head.
2. these print head are usually good 4 so many prints then will fail.
3. I heard on tech here swear by placing the head in hot water and unclogging it but I think in the long run that will be a print head replacement. I would contact the manufacturer and ask what cleaning method (manual) they recommend because each print head design is somewhat different whereas the operation is the same.
4. I manually clean with denatured alcohol and a Q tip. Some time works /sometime it doesn't .
