You need the Adobe Flash Codec for Windows Media Player. You can get it here.Alternatively, you can download and install VLC Media Player here. It plays everything without having muck about with installing various codecs.
If you are trying to view the video on a DVD player then your stuffed - it will not work - the codec is missing, This is usualy associated with videos such DivX or .avi's etc. The best bet is to view it on your PC if you can. If Windows media player does not work then simply download VLC for free - this allows you to view everything! It is like having a master key for all Codec's. The one I prefer can be found at http://gofree.com/download/Video/Media-Players/vlcmediaplayer.php?gclid=CICP4KPR4qcCFYi8KgodGV-q9Q
