Yes they do...
Remove the panel below the dryer door to access the screws to remove the front of the dryer. Here is a breakdown of what you are looking for. The noise is probably from the rear bearing -http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=154&N=1851

and front drum glide - http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=154&N=343

Dryer slow to start squeaks

The drum is belt driven, there is a belt tensioner on it too. You need to replace the belt.

Squeaking

I have worked on some dryers of my own. The first thing I do is either purchase or go to the library and look at the maintenance/repair manual. These manuals have trouble shooting sections that are very helpful. Also, google it. I found several sites that appear to be very helpful. Squeaking is usually dry bearings some located in the rear of the unit, worn belt, worn carrier bearings or belts.

Kenmore clothes dryer squeaks loud to get going

Sounds like a bearing or the drive belt. Try turning the empty drum by hand. If it sounds normal you probably just need to replace the belt. If it make strange sounds when you turn it by hand then its probably the bearing.

The belt isn't a big deal but a bearing probably is.

Dryer will not work1

Squeaking noise often indicates problem with drive belt. If belt broke, drum will no longer rotate. Belt is similar to fan belts used in autos. Ck Sear's website for parts diagram of yr dryer. If it shows a drive belt, I would start there.

Dryer

Your machine uses a belt tensioner of the type that the belt 'glides' on, creating a squeak noise that #1 will get worse and #2 is wearing out the belt. Replace the old tensioner with the one pictured here. The squeak will go away and the belt will last longer.
