When i type in a trig function to graph, the mode is set to radians but the calculator continues to use degrees. How do I make it graph using radians on the x-axis?

The calculator OS (the latest version) has 2 angle settings: Graphing angle and geometry angle.
In Graph mode, Press the menu button, then select Settings, set graphing angle to radians.
Here are some screen captures to help you.
Be sure to validate your changes by pressing OK

Finding radium mode on FX.........OG

You probably mean Radian mode. (the Radium is a radioactive chemical element, with symbol Ra on the Periodic table of the elements).
To set angle unit to radians, Go to the RUN screen.Press SHIFT MODE to enter SetUp. Scroll down to line ANGLE; Highlight the line and press F2 to activate the TAB RAD on the screen. Angle unit will be set to radians, until you decide to change it again.

Not graphing sin(x)

Make sure you're angular mode is set to radians, not degrees. With the default window range, sin(x) in degrees is virtually indistinguishable from zero.

To change the angular mode, press MODE, down-arrow twice, left/right-arrow to highlight Radian, ENTER to set it, and 2ND [QUIT] to exit.

Don't know how to change it from degrees to radian mode

if you press the |mode| button (at the top right of the calculator) until you see Deg Rad Gra on the screen (I believe 3 presses of the mode button) and just hit the number below the rad option on the display. This will permanently change it to radian mode until you repeat this step, or clear the memory.

There is also a way to change to radian mode for just one operation if you will be mostly using degrees for example

at the bottom there is a DRG> as a shifted function. I would just recommend changing it in the way I initially outlined as there is less room for error when making calculations.

Graphing trig functions

Put the calculator in radian mode and it will graph trig functions just fine. If you don't know how to change it to radians, then go to mode and cursor over to select radians. I am assuming you know where the sine, cosine, tangent, etc. keys are.
