Wire up a epiphone prophecy guitar

It gets a little involved, I would recommend a simple book from say amazon, or google basic guitar wiring. Take an extra couple minutes and apply aluminum foil or adhesive metal tape where you can inside any cavities, then ground it. You'll reduce hum. Use good shielded wire. Practice soldering techniques, a cold solder joint will make the whole project flop.

I'm trying to wire passive pickups in my Schecter Tempest Hellraiser. The problem I'm having, is that there is no way to ground everything to the bridge. My pickups' wiring diagram (and my other guitars)...

If you have a metal bridge, then install a jumper from a convenient point to the rest of the grounds. These grounds help reduce hum pickup. If the guitar is working with no hum while using and handling it, don't sweat grounding the bridge... The purpose is REALLY to ground the strings which is where you will likely pick up hum when you touch them... you are an "antenna" picking up the noise from all the power lines, etc around you.

Hi, I have an RBX 374 and I cannot get any sound from it. I have got the wiring scheme but the wiring looks O.K. Some say it might be the pre-amp. Does anyone know what could be the problem...

i dont' see where this model has active pickups (guessing this is what you mean by pre-ampped).
The issue can be in a few places.

1) the strings could be too far from the pickups and the instrument needs to be tuned.
2) the pickups are bad
3) your jack is bad
4) the cable is bad
5) your equilizers are not corrected
6) your volume control is turned down or damaged
7) your amp is damaged

this is a small list of the basic possibilities.

Peavey signiture EX wiring

if the signature ex has any special plugs then the actuall diagram for that guitar is needed. but if it uses the standard two or three potential meter ( volume knobs and tone knobs or (pots) ) with a pick up selector and an input. then you can use any guitar wiring diagram and i think you can find that on web. wiring the pick up should be shown in the diagram with the pick up selector.

Washburn guitar mg-20 pick up switch position 5 neck pick up no sound or noise humm or anything. all other positions and configurations work?

if everything is standard on that guitar then the only reason that pick up wouldnt work is because its a defective pick up or a wire is disconnected. it may also be possible that the selector switch is bad. take a small screw driver and tap the pick-ups in all positions while plugged in to the guitar amp and the volumes up ( not all the way) just loud enough that you can hear the tapping. you find the bad pick up when you cant hear the tapping with that pick up selected.

Electric guitar pick up doesnt work?

se3veral things have to be ruled out, start with the cord that your using to your amp, is it good? next is the volume on both the guitar and amp also good, the last thing that should be wrong is the pickup itself unless a wire is broken off of it, you can usally check this from somewhere on the back of the guitar, if all the wires are good, check the two volume controls and on the back of the amp check the wires going to the speaker.
