How old is your camera already? Electronic gadgets powered by lithium ion batteries dies over time. if you had your camera and battery for over quite some time now say like a year or so, maybe the cells were drained dead and uncapable of holding electrical charge anymore. If that is the case you might consider replacing your camera battery with a fresh one.

2003 fuse 13 draw battery goes dead. fuse is marked clock backup 7.5a

Possible is the clock. The battery might not hold charge.
-How long you have this battery...?
-Each battery's life is last Only 5 Years.
-Here is a sample test:
Let the engine run for about 15 min, turn it off. Disconnect both battery's cables and hook up a voltmeter to it.
How many volt you first test. and then wait for 10-30 min and test again to see how much you get.
If it's lower than first test then the battery doesn't hold charge.
Time to get new one.

Built in battery wont hold its charge

If the recharageable battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

The charge in my milli cancdle power light lastsat the most 3-5 m

Your problem is almost certainly a bad battery. The fact that it lights for 3 to 5 min after each recharge indicates that the charger is good, and the battery wont take or hold a charge. That is my guess. Batteries Inc stores carry these batteries and are very helpful they also have a website: www.batteries-inc.com

Sucking power like crazy!

How old are your batteries? Overtime and after multiple charges,  rechargeable batteries loose capacity and will ultimately not hold a charge at all. Try a new set of batteries and see if that helps.

Kodak camera bad battery life

Okay, first of all, KODAK batteries are a waste of money. And second of all, make sure that you aren't using rechargeable batteries. And if you checked those, bring those batteries back to the store bub, because those are some lousy 5% charged from the factory.
