Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
When i try writing CD it says its complete and burnt, however wen i take it out and put it in again, its just saying blank like an empty cd, and is allowing to write again. but data never gets written. Im using Acer laptop with AMD sempron processor 2800+, 1.6 GHz, with 256kb ram. The dev manager says that the CD writer is - QSW CDRW/DVD SBW242C, running Win XP Pro.
I think its the cd driver problem.Check with any another driver, and try it..

Please ensure the writing software you are using is set to write to a disk - not to make an image file or to test writing on the disk. Perhaps try another writing software such as nero.
